For your convenience, I can accept credit cards, checks, cash or PayPal. 

  • For credit or debit cards, please go to my forms page and complete a credit card agreement and I will process it using my Square account. 
  • If you prefer to mail payment, please mail it to 601 North State Street, Ukiah CA 95482.
  • To use Pay Pal, follow the link here and choose the professional service that matches your agreed upon session fee. 
  • If I send you an invoice using PayPal, follow the link in your email and that will take you to a custom invoice reflecting your unique charge that may include your deductible, co-pay or session fee.
