For over 20 years, I have been providing counseling services to individuals, couples and families in the Ukiah area. My specialty is working with individuals experiencing chronic problems, like depression, health issues and pain. I received my Bachelor's Degree from UC Berkeley, Master's Degree from California State University and am licensed by the State of California as a Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist.

My Mission

My goal is to provide the highest quality of care to individuals and those who love them, suffering from any condition. No one needs to experience life's challenges alone. Together, we can form a partnership to help you live your optimal life.

Brenda helped our family as we were fighting my mother’s cancer. She was a life saver in the sea of confusion and questions we had. She helped make sense of the confusing health care system. More importantly, she helped my wife and I deal with the pain and stress of watching someone you love die. I don’t think I could have done it without her. She helped me make peace with a devastating circumstance.
